Garnet red with purple hues, it turns a pale purplish red when diluted. Its aroma is packed with complex fruity scents of pomegranate, black cherry, raspberry and citrus fruits such as orange and mandarin, with a grassy and almondy finale. It tastes fresh and well balanced to the palate, with a lingering aftertaste. Pair with clear spirits (vodka and white rum). It is the key ingredient in the famous non-alcoholic cocktail Shirley Temple, while when combined with top-quality gin it creates the Singapore Sling cocktail.
