Intense ruby red with purple highlights, it takes on garnet hues when diluted. Its aroma is very intense and complex, with hints of forest foliage and small red fruits, including raspberry, mulberry and wild strawberry. It tastes fresh and well balanced to the palate, with a lingering aftertaste. Excellent with all spirits, liqueurs, beer and soft drinks. It is not only an ingredient in the Alpine Skiwasser, but also in the new Fabbri 1905 cocktails: Raspberry Spritz and SBritz Skiwasser, which can also be made in a ZERO version with non-alcoholic beer. Topped up with tonic water, it makes an excellent soda drink, or even a Tea & Soda with the addition of iced tea: two Fabbri 1905 interpretations of the classic Italian soft drink. Combined with Sweet and Sour Fabbri 1905, it makes a refreshing sour drink.
