Yellowy-green with golden hues, it takes on an opalescent ivory appearance when diluted. Its aroma features balsamic notes of peppermint and citrusy hints of lime peel and juice. Fresh, intense and well balanced to the palate, with a lingering balsamic aftertaste. Best with clear and tropical spirits (rum). It is the signature ingredient in the non-alcoholic version of the classic Mojito. Topped up with tonic water, it makes an excellent soda drink, or even a Tea & Soda with the addition of iced tea: two Fabbri 1905 interpretations of the classic Italian soft drink. Combined with Sweet and Sour Fabbri 1905, it makes a refreshing sour drink.
