Clear and bright emerald green, it takes on jade hues when diluted. Intense balsamic aroma of peppermint and notes of mountain pine. Essential oils of mint, of different varieties and origins, give it a particularly fresh, full and well-balanced flavour, with a lingering balsamic aftertaste. Best with clear and tropical spirits (rum). Iconic in mint granitas, hot chocolates and Latte Menta, unprecedented with coffee.
