This exceptional cheese is made with the milk from sheep of La Mancha. Ivory-straw like color which progressively gets darker, splashed in black. We have added a very special touch to this cheese with black truffles “melanosporum”, a gourmet ingredient that enhances the spectacular natural flavor of our Castilian cheese. On the nose it is elegant with a hint of dried fruits and truffles, and on the palate it is buttery with an intense aftertaste to this appreciated fungus.
