Fabbri NEVEPANN 50 C base is a hot, low-dosage base (50g/l milk), with no added fat. Thanks to the presence of maltodextrins and modified starch, it ensures an ice cream with a fine, silky texture and compact consistency.

The vanilla flavouring does not mask the taste of the added flavouring pastes but enhances them.
