Fabbri NEVIA base is a base with STEVIA, with no added sugar, high dosage and vegan.

The structure is provided by vegetable fibres and maltodextrins, while milk proteins are replaced by potato proteins.

With only natural flavours, it has a neutral and clean taste.

DOSAGE
With fruit: 1 kg of product + 1,3L of water + 1,55Kg of blended fruit
With hazelnut/pistachio/toasted almond paste: 1 kg of product + 2.5L of milk or vegetable drinks + 300g of paste

For gelato with reduced sugar content:
With Fabbri Delipaste (creams/fruit): 1 kg of product + 2.5L of milk or water + Fabbri Delipaste 300g
