How to use recipe
Ingredients:
1000g Biscamix Sponge Vanilla
600g Eggs
150g Water
Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, using a whisk
Slow speed for 1 minute and 3 to 4 minutes on high speed
Once done pour it in the sponge container (15cm weigh 250g each)
Bake it at 160°C to 170°C in deck oven for 20 to 25 minutes
140°C to 150°C in rotary oven for 20 to 25 minutes
Once baked, demould it from the container and allow it to cool down
