Recipe:
RAP: 400 g
Cold water (5-7oC): 1000 ml

How to prepare:
1. Place RAP and cold water into a bowl.
2. Mix with balloon whisk until well-mixed.
3. Leave to stand for 15 - 20 minutes.
4. Custard is ready to use.
