Application: Sorbet, Ice Cream, Fruit Mousse, Bavaro and Charlotte Desserts, Fruit Jelly, Frozen Desserts and Pastries, Coles, Glazies and Jams

Storage: Store at -18°C/0°F. Use within two years of production date. Do not refreeze after thawing. Refrigerate after opening and use within a few days
