Cold Mirror Glaze Strawberry is a "ready-to-use" cold setting pastry glaze.
Produces a brilliant shiny glaze on frozen, refrigerated and room temperature cakes, pastries and desserts.

No heating required, apply to the bakery item, glaze will set in about 10 minutes.
Glaze can also be slightly warmed to 100F degrees and thinned with 10% water if desired. Then poured over mold cakes and dessert items.
Freeze and thaw stable.
STRAWBERRY - bright red color with the bold flavor of strawberries.
Direction of use:
Stir glaze smoothly, avoid incorporating air bubbles.
Apply to product to be glazed.
