Bright orange in appearance with golden highlights, it turns a straw yellow when diluted. Its aroma features intense notes of cantaloupe melon flesh and yellow-fleshed fruit. It tastes sweet, soft and fairly balanced to the palate, with a lingering aftertaste. An ideal ingredient in the preparation of the classic melon granita.
