Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups sugar
- 1 ¼ cups brown sugar
- 1 ½ cups butter softened
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 4 ¼ cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups Ľétoile chocolate chips
How to prepare
Heat oven to 190 °C / 375 °F.
In large bowl beat sugar, brown sugar & butter until light & fluffy.
Add vanilla & eggs; blend well. Add flour, baking soda & salt; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoon 2 cm apart into cookie sheets.
Bake at 190 °C / 375 °F for 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown
Yield: 6 dozen cookie
